Create script for sync code with AnimateCSS. #45

This breaks the current api, but we get the expected result identical to the animate.css.

Example: rotateOutDownRight -> animation_type_rotateOutDownRight

or

rotateOutDownRight -> animation_type_rotate-out-down-right
