attach: dead templates #1847

Templates for file, text and clear elements is not used anywhere since it is not supported to define selected file in bemjson. This elements are generated only with client side js with string concatenation.

Looks like it still supposed to use for { block: 'attach', elem: 'file' } and BEMDOM.replace: https://github.com/bem/bem-core/pull/1334/files#diff-b10c956b60213624bf044d8f2d51fa57R143

Though, not sure if this snippet related to bem-components attach block or it's just used as example.
