NIm prototype #136

Trying to find your NIM prototype code but can't find a branch with it

Based on some sample data from kind strangers on the internet, NIM is FSK modulated even though it has similar bitrate and message structure as other ERT messages. There is no planned support for NIM unless someone finds a meter transmitting OOK modulated NIM's, in which case it would be fairly trivial to add.
