Integrate the Apps into the Website #44

For easier finding of the Apps create a subpage to www.young-carers-austria.at/app which looks a bit like the current landing page and advertises the apps as well as links to them (Google Play and Apple App Store).

[x] create /app sub page
[x] create service at app.young-carers-austria.at that automatically forwards users to the appropriate app stores, or as a fallback www.young-carers-austria.at/app
