看到前几天的提交，支持了从佳明下载fit格式的文件。 但是下载以后没有解析文件。
正好我有一些数据在迈金码表里面。
这个PR支持了迈金码表和佳明手表的fit文件。 测试发现不同的厂商写fit的时候有略微差异。后续有其他厂商的fit如果出现问题。可以提交issue。
我首先基于running_page做了修改yihong0618/running_page#449，然后把workouts_page相关的差异加到了这个PR里面。到时候合并的时候会方便点。
