Right now you need to parameterize your system using the time of periastron, t_peri. This is mildly inconvenient but ok when dealing with circular orbits (transit center will be period/4 after t_peri), but pretty annoying when dealing with eccentric planets where small shifts in omega/eccentricity can cause transits to vanish entirely. It'd be nicer to give the option of parameterizing either with t_peri or with t0, where t0 is the time of transit midpoint.
