add extended illumination for reflection phase curves #3

Currently we only support point-source, plane parallel illumination. The outputs agree with starry when using reflected=True, source_npts=1, but it'd be nice to add the ability to set source_npts to something higher. Had some trouble with my initial attempts at that though and failed to reproduce Fig. 7 in Luger et al. 2022, so it's been left out of the main branch for now.

Closing to limit project scope for now.
