What are the core user need to solve for?

• I need to know what times my friends work for my friends to come to my event (event planner)
  • I need to have an event to plan
  • I need to let me friends know I have planned an event
  • I need to ask them to input their times
  • I need to decide when to make the event
• I need to tell my friend what times work for me (event attendee)
  • I need to know my friend planned an event
  • I need to pass along my preference for when that event is

Outstanding questions

• What makes this 10x easier than the current solution (of just having people vote on a time that works best in a text thread?)
• What are the triggers? What are the ways people remember to use u instead of some other way? What are users doing right before they plan an event?
• How do you get users to invest in your product? (think habit forming behaviors: hooked model)

Other notes

• Maybe this is good for large one off recurring events? (I am free generally Thursdays at 3pm) Think to schedule your bookclub. downside: low frequency, but that seems like a case when this would work perfectly.

@bmbejcek, I added this new tag for notes along with renaming the title to a format that might help keep our notes better organized.

I figure we can use these as conversation hubs for the project more generally.
