there are a lot of event planning apps, goodtime.to is another. most other apps are either bloated with features you don't need, too professional (& probably cost $), or built in 2008. goodtime.to is an attempt to do quick, one-off event planning better.
If you’ve ever found yourself drowning in group-text notifications discussing what time your friends want to meet up or been put in charge of individually texting people to find out when they’re available, goodtime is built for you. You should be focused on whatever it is you and your friends will do together, not the boring stuff like scheduling. There are lots of apps out there trying to solve the scheduling problem but they all feel bloated with features, too formal for small plans, or like they were built in the early 2000s. goodtime avoids the bloat by cozying up to however you like to make plans. Our goal is to help you find a time that works and get off our website as soon as possible.
It's 100% free and there’s no app to download. To pick the time of your next hangout head over to goodtime.to

As people who have tried to schedule dinner with me know, I’m not great at communicating about plans. I end up frustrating both my friends and myself because I don’t want to go through the dance of sending times through text.
I could use something like Calendly, but that feels too formal and overpowered for the small, one-off plans I’m making on a weekly basis. That’s why I recently built www.goodtime.to.
I wanted something lightweight to help me make plans better, and I’m hoping it helps other plan-making-deficient people as well. The website is 100% free and I’m not harvesting data, this is mostly just a side project that got to a usable state. If it seems like people like it, I’ll start working on something that integrates directly in iMessage to make planning even more frictionless.
I’d love it if you gave it a try - thanks!
