this data may be very nearly identical. the github version is clearly licensed in a way that the other data was not. if you want to work on this data, let me know and i can share the rollcall.Rdata object that might be useful

sadly i'm realizing this is not actually going to be viable given that i think the data is coming from api calls to another location that might not be appropriately licensed.
