Should/Would they have come in on a pipeline report? if so which one would it be? Sorry I still dont fully understand all the flows
Not too sure on this one myself - I believe we're still waiting on Fergal to produce this pipeline report for this..in the meantime I just source manually by going now and then on their website, so there is no feed as such yet. I will pick up with him and Ivan.
Hi Ben,
I've got Fergal to provide an SQL report of all AAMI Material in SAP - I have just emailed the report to you. Please note: since this is a complete list of everything BSI has, over half have already been processed into CN and so need to be added to the XCP Exclusion List. I have marked these as 'YES' in column G. I haven't actually added these myself yet to the Exclusion List, since not sure whether you should feed all this data into XCP first, and then exclude the necessary.
The ones not in the Exclusion List include the new ones I last downloaded, and some more which we have not been able to source files for yet, but ideally should be in CN so perhaps should sit in XCP as 10.10s until we find them.
Thanks!
@hendersm where are we on this?
Sorry – no movement from my side. I’ll try and speak with Fergal today. If not, we can agree to push to 1.5 at the ops on Friday.
Matt

Hi Ben,
Twenty AAMI PDFs (found in the zip files in the location below) were manually sourced and deposited in the PDF hot folders by Data Enrichment towards the end of July:
J:\Prodn\SHARED\Content conversion\Innodata\1_For_Conversion\C_5
However, they have not yet been picked up and collated by XCP. They do not yet feature in the Collations tab list in Production (they are not in the Conversion tab either).
Please could you take a look?
Thanks!
