Add option to delete status on flowManager.php in both list and detail view.

Can you please explain this one Ben, as I'm not sure I understand the explanation.

This is the ability to delete a Status that may be no longer needed or created in error. When browsing the Stage Manager, a user should now have the option to delete any stage from an Activity.
