Create BATCH_DATA action capability #70

Allow for an action to either update the table ITEM_DATA or BATCH_DATA, depending on whether the field should be recorded against one or multiple XCP IDs.

Cannot get this to work. Created a new Action - Quote. (Initially this was created against ITEM_DATA, it was only on reading this ticket that I saw BATCH_DATA existed). Unchained 20:00 from 20:20 and hooked it up to 20:05 with this action inbetween Triggered the action Got an 'Uh oh' message on this XCP ID http://uat.xcp.cs/item.php?xcpid=XCP7824731
