Pre-commit fails on CI but not locally during the qubesbuilder-gen section.

Locally:

pre-commit run

Push and check CI, see it fails.

Expected behavior

Pre-commit works on CI and locally.

Actual behavior

Pre-commit fails on CI without error message, making it difficult to debug.
