Scaffold Site in WordPress #1

Gotta start somewhere. The original site is very dated, so the first thing is to recreate it in a more modern framework. I've chosen WordPress for that, and will be using their new Gutenberg / Block Editor ecosystem to future-proof the new site as much as possible.

[x] Finish scaffolding out all the pages in WordPress
[x] Get screenshots to send to WM
[x] Set up a remote server or ngrok for testing

Deployed the site to a temporary remote host and sent the link to the WM, so that should suffice to close this issue.
