Add Note About Languages in Translator #27

Might be helpful to new players to have a (closable?) note, explaining that all of NMS' alien languages have completely different words based on capitalization.

Here's the note about this from the NMS Fandom Wiki:

A capitalised word is a different alien word than a non-capitalised one. Words with all caps will generate a third variant

Might be good to just cite them right there, and also mention that the language data was acquired from them, and is up to date as of NMS 1.38.
