Add Nav Button for Home View #17

The Home View shows on first load of the app, until the user navigates to any other view -- Then, there is no way to get back to it. I think the Home View could be a lot more useful if it had some better instructions for use (see #6), and had a way to get back to it. The nav button should probably be in the last position, its icon should be a question mark, and we should consider changing the name/label to "About" or "Help" to be more indicative of the content.
