Change background to video

The current static background image is nice; but a very subtle motion might (?) be cool. I'll try to get a short video from the game, edit it to loop smoothly, optimize it and see how it looks.

I ended up going with the first video linked above, used OpenShot to cut it down to a much shorter loop, scaled it down in size, and exported as a WEBM. See: 444a13400ad94c65abb16694ee16fbfe7dc5c82e

Before I call this done, I'd like to add a static image as a placeholder / for those who disable motion graphics, etc.
