Consider combining form element and form control stories/components #57

Describe the feature I originally added seperate components for form elements (input, select etc) and their control components (the elements plus extra functionality like labels etc). I've never used the elements by themselves so for simplicity it might be worth moving the basic element functionality into the control components.
