OperonHunter is an ml hmm approach to determining operons in bacterial genomes.

OH was training on images of genes and therefore the input data is on the input of the genes.

it seems a bit beyond/ different to the intentional use case for this research however it could have benefit by looking at the other literature and solutions which it refers to.
