Request: a button to disable all drop sounds. #110

This has been requested here by multiple users. Essentially, the idea is to implement a button that will add the DisableDropSound block item to all selected blocks without one.

104 was discovered as I was going to implement this initially, but I was side tracked by the observed performance bottleneck. This is up for grabs if it's to make it into 1.1.0.
