Asset abilities `Alter Moves` #294

Asset abilities can alter other moves, or even add moves. We'll need to make sure the move sheet renders with this information so the display can be augmented.

Examples:

Scoundrel adds a new option to Make a Connection
Seer adds a new option to Gather Information
- Sniper adds a new move, Snipe Minor Foe
