Settings: mix and match "Ironsworn" and "Starforged" sheets/moves/oracles #319

Seems like people might want to mix and match sheets and settings - several times I've seen people want to use the SF character sheet for an IS game. So the options should maybe reflect this. Probably this means a first-startup wizard UI with a few switches:

Character sheet: SF or IS
Moves and Oracles: SF or IS
World truths: SF or IS
