new data #13

I have built a new data file. There were two issues.

The first one, that prompted the rebuild, was that I Feeley et al. 2011, who looked at the same data set, asserted that there had been a change in the way that plants of the genus Bactris had been counted in 1990. They are clonal, and previously individual stems in a quadrat had been counted separately, afterwards they were judged to be same individual. So, following his solution, I gave them new IDs on the basis of belonging to a given quadrat.

The second, more embarrassing, is that I had dropped the 2005 data. So we have a whole extra year.

Anyway, the new datafile is BCI_data_forben_reproductivesonly_22July.csv which I will send to you by email.

I have sent you the new datafile with clusters as well. This is:

BCI_data_forben_reproductives_withclusters_22July.csv

Remember, that for both the individual species, and the clusters, I need estimates of the following coefficients:

https://github.com/ben18785/Selection_simulations/issues/3#issuecomment-509347184

And, to remind you, I need for both the species and the clusters:

  1. The fits of the three models (AICs or elp_loos)
  2. The estimates (with CIs) of the selection coefficients (and mu)
  3. The beaten data.
