Looks good to me. I assume I should just install the development version and test the function? I have condensed the 3x3 matrix into a 2x2 and performed the two-class test (my implementation was practically identical), so hopefully the results with the 3x3 will be similar.

Yes, you can just install the latest dev version and test that.
