Currently I have set them all to 0 as I don't know where to find the information.

I received a reply from OU PD with the following information:

Here is the list of lots and the number of public spaces in each lot.

P1 - 1599 P2 - 14 P3 - 489 P5 - 459 P11 - 291 P16 - 222 P17 - 108 P24 - 49 P26 - 388 P29 - 538 P31 - 259 P32 - 1232 P34 - 93 P35 - 427 P36 - 312 P37 - 484 P38 - 421 P39 - 296 P41 - 97 P43 - 130

There are several lots missing for which we need to figure out if they are actually public parking, and then would have to find out the capacity on our own if they are.
