Create `destinations` table #66

A new table is needed within the database to store information on the buildings considered possible destinations on campus.

Attributes:

building_id: Primary key, auto-incrementing
university_id: Foreign key to universities table
building_name: VarChar with length of 40 , Unique
address: VarChar with length of 70 (40 is inadequate to store even the shorter stress addresses)
building_code: VarChar with length of 5, has the school's building abbreviation codes

Tasks:

[x] Populate destinations table with data
