3 years ago I can help you for free if it's just for playing with friends and not building your own website or making commercial use of the game.
What do you want to do exactly? Are you able to run the server and serve game pages? Do you want to add features or just help to run the game?

Sorry for the late reply, i have a lot of work at the moment. There is a lot of animation in the game from battles, dice rolls, and sounds, which can be toggled off an on. It does have a blitz attack for one territory and also a path attack.

As mentioned, it is an extended version of Global-War with all the features stated available. I will sell it for US $1000. I can rebrand it to your site name without any issues, but would need to schedule a day off work for a thorough overview. Hi lulzim. I am happy to help as long as you are not intending to build your own website and not commercial use, as I have another related project for sell. svg images work best for game devolpment. I have extended this project, that include different game modes: Mission / Kill / Fog of War / Capitals. I have also built leveled AI (computer players) and a map editor. I haven't tested it for 20+ users to see how the server copes, but it works fast up to a dozen. The original project is almost outdated, as tech moves fast. I have put this on hold since 2018 as I didn't have the time to create extra continent based or themed based maps.

You DON'T HAVE TO PAY for anything regarding my games, it was a personal project made in my free time to play with friends. I put the code on Github to help people enjoy the game and see the code to help themselves, not for scammers to set it up for someone else and make money with it.
Regarding the law, Github is very clear with licenses:
You're under no obligation to choose a license. However, without a license, the default copyright laws apply, meaning that you retain all rights to your source code and no one may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from your work.
I repeat Lulzim, do not pay for this because it doesn't belong to you or your buyer. The commercial use of my code is strictly forbidden. Please contact me asap to clarify this whole story.

This site was designed for monetization, so it was made visible for watching a game, reading forums, chat etc but a user would need to log in and create an account to play and use all the functions of the site. An advertising script is optional with a click of a button. visitors (non signed up) can play a tutorial game. Free users can play 2 games at a time. A premium member has all the features. As a user, games are ranked automatically using true skill algorithm, but there is an option to play non ranked games. military ranks are included with score from ranked games, and there are a lot of statistics implemented, probably too many lol. Win %, vs other players, map statistics. Game modes are, 100%, 80%, 60%, Capital, Convert , Kill, and Teams. There is a sametime mode, random turn mode, and the regular turn mode. Placement. Random is default. Territory grab. Troops. 1 on each, 2 on each or 3 on each options. Cards. Europe and US. No cards. There is a create avatar feature or a user can upload there own. For anonymous games, these are generated randomly. Users can resign, agree to a draw, rematch with same settings same drop. There is a playback feature which can be played back up till the last full round.
Admin Easy to use drag and drop map editor. User account control. Ban implementation tools. Chat, IP block, Same IP detection Forum control
Language options, and the site scales to device through scale options.
