Provide JavaScript Equivalent of This Library

This library is so awesome that I cannot even sleep w/o dreaming about it!

We want to use this in production with our Node.js application. Therefore, we need JavaScript equivalent of this.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Public API surface area should change everyday, every single DAY!
• [ ] We need you to provide the typings out of the box for TypeScript, FlowType, CoffeeScript, TeaScript, BannaMilkScript, ScriptMeTillIDieSenselessScript, FooScript and BarScript.
• [ ] We love challenges! So, we want you to push this library to official npm registry and pull it from there on every odd day of the month (especially on the 31st of February). LEFT-PAD ALL THE THINGS!
• [ ] Enforce guidance around whether ; should be used.

If it's a JavaScript port, it's probably best we split the functionality of this project into several smaller libraries.
