Where's the F# version? #29

It should also have support for crossfit and vegan broadcast announcements.

Not sure why you need this on F#, you can get the exact same functionality with a monad.

@cartermp I'm interested in contributing an FSharp version. Should we create a System.Ben.FSharp repo? or would we have to refactor this one to support both projects? Your thoughts?
