Test coverage is an indeterminate form #47

There are currently 0 unit tests covering 0 methods, leading to code coverage that is either 0% or infinity. Should the coverage shield be red or green?

I think the real question is. We're the zero tests written before the code wasn't that will tell us if TDD was used because if it wasn't then this library should be abandoned for no reason other than non compliance with a set of beliefs.

Differentiate the numerator, differentiate the denominator, then take the limit. Careful how fast you do that though; you could end up in the l'hopital.
