Add async support #66

I'm planning to call this library from a GUI but I've noticed awkward slowdowns where the app becomes unresponsive, is there any plan to add async support?

Can we also please wrap all methods in a .Wait() so those who need sync alternatives are supported?

No you are doing it wrong. No need to wait when you can use .Result and it will .Wait () for you

@benaadams can you weigh in here. As someone who was in the vicinity when you started this repo I feel I have earned the right (unless of course it is with you) to state my opinion and have it instantly accepted as fact. Can we remove this unknown and any comments or contributions he has made to this repo?

I hear @terrajobst has such a device and while he has yet been unwilling to share it, now as a successful manager of the fastest growing .net repo he might be willing to make an alliance?
