Add a settings menu in game rooms to give players more control over them.

Settings menu should include:

Show/hide game code toggle
Allow spectators toggle
Allow players toggle
Player limit toggle + input if on
Sync mode dropdown (Realtime and Song Time options)

On the other half of the menu, it should include a list of all players and spectators. Each player entry should include:

If they are the host or not
If they are a player or not
Button to make them host
Button to remove them from the game room
