Like, i'm not Ben but he would probably say, "it doesn't an astral vibe" or "how much did you pay for this template?"

@VitorGouveia I think it has a simplistic and a subtle look and @benawad said that he didn't want a "spacey" vibe.

If I were you, I'd probably get a dark blue or dark purple or something between those lines and use that as an accent color, having some padding could improve things a lot, you could reduce a little the font size and give it some space to "breathe", I think it would help

@VitorGouveia I myself prefer a dark theme, but @benawad ben said that his audience wasn't gamers or programmers, and he preferred a light theme, so I made a light theme design. it would be very easy to convert this to a dark theme design. all u have to do is replace the Figma colors with the colors you want

i don't think i've expressed well, what i'm saying is to use the accent color in the buttons, so it's more apparent where to click and etc

@VitorGouveia The dark color on the login button is looking good, but the dark options on the quiz page are looking really weird and the text is not visible.

Also, is there any way in which you can kind of merge some of those changes into my Figma workspace because some of the changes are good!

Hey @japrozs! It's a start imo! Your design reminds me a lot of a Restaurant multi-tenant app I was checking out recently.

I actually think it's a good start. I'll drop the repo and figma link to the project I'm talking about. Maybe there are some ideas or at least good components to pull from?

that's a nice feature, but I think that's a long way from now, cos the creators should first get a little bit used to the default colors of Astral fans

I went back through @benawad's App Design feedback video and extracted his feedback to their original designers. It would be helpful to have it in the doc for reference when making changes.

One thing that I think will help make great designs quickly would be a good style guide. So we have a source of truth for Astral Fans that we can visually see. The guide I pulled was from the Material Design Figma page. We can scrap the contents, but the structure is really good. https://www.figma.com/community/file/778763161265841481

I think next steps would be to get the style guide formatted then break out the components so we can make tweaks and reuse.

Hey @VitorGouveia! I copied the Fan/Creator cards you made and put them into the main figma file. They were the first changes that caught my eye. Let me know if there were others!

@japrozs - I've started copying components from the auth and home screens. There is still a lot more to do, but I lost some time making some design variations. Let me know your thoughts!
