Implementing markdown editor with preview in Github style

TODO:

• Highlighting code blocks I already have a patch for highlight code block with prism, but it uses react-markdown, it need more work to implement it with remark.
• Mention a user (button/command) Githhub replace @USERNAME with https://github.com/USERNAME. do you want to do the same or to use some codeponder link?
• Reference a question/replay (button/command) if you change the current post url to more readable url such as: codeponder/USERNAME/REPONAME/post/1 – question 1 codeponder/USERNAME/REPONAME/post/1/7 – reply no. 7 for question 1 it will be much easy to create a reference to question

I think for now we will ignore this, and later on I'll add a way to link directly to a question/reply

Overall the editor looks really nice, good job.
