Started working on a Toki Pona translation. #1642

Toki Pona is a minimalistic conlang, and I wanted to translate DogeHouse into it. I am about 15% done at the point of writing this. I am writing this issue to inform anyone else that wants to translate DogeHouse into Toki Pona, that I have already started, but if you wanted to translate it, I would be glad to get some help. If you want to help, then reply to this in the bottom.

I am using the tp locale, just saying if someone wants to use it, they can't.
