No Icon in Bot Edit #2822

Describe the bug There is a missing icon for avatar in the edit bot section if it has no avatar

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Developer Settings
  2. Click on a bot
  3. There is a missing image tag on the avatar if it has no avatar

Expected behavior You should see a default profile picture
