I'm considering this.
How I'm thinking about doing it:
Do you want to evaluate candidates based on their code snippets or would you prefer to see their resume in the card?
Haven't figured out the best way to charge for people who want to hire developers, I don't know if it makes sense to have a monthly fee to be able to swipe or maybe it's based on the number of profiles you like (now that I type this out, I think it might be my favorite option) or something else
As a job candidate myself, I would like to have different code samples and resume depending on the industry of the job. I have a diverse set of skills and would like that to be reflected. There's no reason an employer couldn't see the other views of my profile, but the primary would change.
This is awesome. But as much as it's awesome for dating and friendships, what about using it to match job seekers and companies?
Perhaps that would be a fork with a different icon and a whole host of other features like LinkedIn Auth and other external credentials or whatever; But for me it's not just an idea - As a developer who's hiring I'd love to put some money on this and just start swiping through actual code. WDYT?
