RSSI Error Rate Buzzer #82

First thanks so much to those who create and maintain this firmware. It's amazing!

Would it be possible to integrate a function into the firmware that activates the buzzer when the RSSI error percent rate is too high, I believe around 55% or higher is getting to be unsafe range. Or one could adjust the threshold in the menu for when it would go off.

Also it could be one long note instead of beeps to differentiate it from the low battery alarm maybe?

This has been discussed here before but it was closed before it was resolved.

I would be so grateful if this could be implemented because it is super useful when flying FPV without an OSD.
