IA6 support for 10ch_MOD_i6_Programmer_qba667_hali9.exe? #85

I bodged in the ibus connection for the IA6, and seeing as how cleanflight supports this and the receiver comes with the transmitter, it'd be really nice not to have to buy anything else (ia6b). Currently I have the firmware flashed but cannot bind for all of my endeavors (factory reset, etc.). I'm beginning to suspect handling of each receiver needs to be hard coded.

The thought of using the secret menu to bind occurred to me after posting, excuse me.
