Won't start at login on MacOS Ventura #3

No matter what I do, I cannot get this program to start at login. Launch at Login is checked, and I tried manually adding it to Login Items with no success.

Try unchecking Launch at Login and then checking it again. I have Ventura 13.4 and it works for me.
