Error 500 #35

I am getting this error following you most recent update provided. Please advise. Thank you.

"Twitter Mentions as Comments: There was an error communicating with the Twitter API (error code 500). Please check the plugin settings."

Status code 500 is an error on Twitter's side. See https://dev.twitter.com/docs/error-codes-responses
