Gulp Watch No Longer Working #110

@geerzo - I'm so sorry, but I had to update to Gulp version 4 to get NPM builds working again. It has a very different gulpfile syntax, so I had to rewrite it extensively. Unfortunately, your watch task no longer worked and I had to remove it. I hope it is not hard to recreate : (

@geerzo - I was able to add it back, I think. Give it a look and close this if it works for you.
