Partner outreach: make contact method optional #119

It would be helpful if we could submit "outreach success" without needing to fill in the contact method.

It'd be cool if I could open a company, and see the list of outreaches and their status, without having to go through the whole outreaches list.

You can see some of that info on the profile. It shows the latest status, but not all outreach. I can change it to show all outreach.
