Support for IE10 #126

I can't get height animations to work in IE10. Neither do they gracefully degrade.

I haven't digged into this further, anyone else getting this great plugin to work in IE10?

(I'm new to GitHub, apologies if I'm missing anything about posting issues - feel free to enlighten me)
