Improve "Support open source" section in README.md #410

The Support open source section in README.md has two really long links that can be put into a hyperlink.

May I take on this issue if it sounds like a good idea?

That's a great idea. Right now they are also poor links from an accessibility standpoint. Screen readers will only read the link text so "click here" type text isn't the best option either. Something like "You can contribute by resolving a Hacktoberfest issue on GitHub." would be perfect. 🙌
