Patchouli Guide Book Broken at 4.3 #40

I can't open the Patchouli Guide Book. Tested on a fresh server and at Single player

I can craft it with one stone Pebble, but the recept isn't shown at JEI

Thought this might be an issue of updating the pack (installed with curseforge) to 4.3, but even after deleting the profile and installing 4.3 directly with curseforge the book doesn't work. JEI doesn't show the guide book if you search for "guide" but the recipe shows up if you look for pebble and then u for uses.
