It causes empty death stone to appear in your inventory that outputs the message in chat

${{\color{red}{\textsf{How did you get this}}}}\$ and does literally

$1.$ Beat the dragon $2.$ Fell into the portal and respawned in a bed with the bugged out death stone.

B8 version of the pack

I updated from B7 to B8 in ATLauncher. The hardware is just bad.
