We need to do another pass on Documentation.

@jwasserman2 wants to do another pass on documentation for standard error calculation stuffs
@benthestatistician Do you want to take a run at the "major" functions? Specifically I'm thinking of *_design, ate/ett, and lmitt.
@adamSales I'm unsure of the status of lmrobMethods/glmrobMethods documentation.
I'll handle the rest of the documentation.

@benthestatistician I'd also add DESCRIPTION (Title/Description/Authors) and README.md to your tasks.

6cf3991 updates DESCRIPTION. Others please don't hesitate to suggest further edits for the Title & Description fields.
