Adding geoarrow export (after import was added in https://github.com/benbovy/spherely/pull/49)

This depends on https://github.com/paleolimbot/s2geography/pull/30 (merged now, but not yet released) and https://github.com/paleolimbot/s2geography/pull/37 (for tesseltation/projection)
